She has worked on projects with global banks and financial institutions covering business process re-engineering, design thinking driven customer experiences, target operating model design, outsourcing propensity, and automation / AI.

She is currently a Managing Consultant at Moore Kingston Smith, London. She acts as a trusted partner leading clients through their transformation journey.

Tarini is a management graduate from Warwick Business School, UK, and her skillset covers lean six sigma, design thinking, project management, cloud solutions, and agile delivery.
