Sr. Executive/ AM – CRE (Valuation/ AE Argus)

Specific Responsibilities:

Aspects of managing the Service Delivery include, but are not limited to the following:

• Should manage the day-to-day workflow allocated to their team. Identify the people for work allocation (keeping in view the productivity standards) and follow up with them for its progress.
• Conduct training programs / briefings/ feedback sessions for the team as and when required to ensure that the instructions are clear and the requisite quality per Service Level Agreement is achieved with respect to the final product.
• Conduct mentoring sessions with the team members to understand their concerns and put organizational goals into their perspective. Also, organize team building exercises to improve team morale and boost cohesiveness within the team.
• Ensuring ISMS compliance and ensuring BCP readiness at operational level
• Interact with the client on a regular basis to ensure exchange of relevant information, process concerns/issues and for expectations management. Keep the RO informed of all developments and escalate issues critical to SLA, if required.

Qualification & Experience:

Technical Skills:
• A graduate / postgraduate (preferably in Commerce) with good academic background.
• A management degree will be a plus
• At least 4-5 years of experience in US Commercial Real Estate Mortgage with at least 2 years of experience in people management role for SE/ Assistant Manager.
• Experience in product transition a plus.
• Hands on experience on Underwriting/Re-Underwriting of loans in US Commercial mortgage domain. • Should be proficient in using Argus and valuation software.
• Proficiency in other products forming part of US Commercial mortgage cycle will be a plus.
• Exhibits strong English comprehension skills.
• Demonstrates ability to articulate in English in both verbal and in written format.
• Demonstrates advanced software knowledge of MS Excel.
• Exhibits excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibits strong mathematical and detail-oriented skills.
• Exhibits commitment to delivery of quality work products.
