Job Summary

  • A Sr. Ex. may be engaged to perform any of the following functions/products:
  • Lead project teams in large assignments
  • Support product transitions and process mapping
  • Support in process MIS and other day to day process management responsibilities
  • QC / Analyze Financial Statements.
  • QC Rent Rolls
  • QC / Prepare Preliminary Loan sizings
  • Abstract / Review Third Party reports like Appraisals, Environment and Engineering Reports, QC / Perform Site Inspections Review and New Loan Boarding tasks
  • Abstract agreements including Lease, management and franchise agreements.
  • Review and analyze AUP sizings.
  • Prepare Asset summaries and pitch books.
  • Reunderwrite Multifamily and commercial property mortgages
  • Perform DCF valuation using Argus and/or Excel
  • Prepare Excel templates
  • Perform / Review any other CRE tasks

Specific Responsibilities

  • Perform the daily task allocated is complete within the stipulated time frame and ensuring the desired productivity level is maintained.
  • Perform the task assigned to meet the accuracy requirement as necessitated by the Client per the Service Level Agreement.
  • Update the Workflow tracking software on a daily basis.
  • Keep the immediate Reporting Officer/ Project Manager abreast of all process related concerns/ issues and highlight the same at the right time.
  • Plan leaves properly so as to be fair and seek the necessary approval from the immediate RO.
  • Maintain congenial relations with all in the organization and work cohesively within the team.
  • Pay due regard to the organizational policies and procedures and conform to the same including ISMS.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and good etiquettes and be presentable at all times.

Essential Skills

  • The candidate should have at least 4 years of work experience with 3 years of US CRE domain experience in Underwriting, Valuation, Sizings, Lease Abstracts, FSA etc.
  • The candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate in commerce with good academic background. An MBA with finance or a professional degree would be an added advantage.
  • Should have a sound knowledge and clear understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
  • Should possess good inter personal skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS office package especially MS Excel.
  • Should be flexible with work / shift timings and ready to work extended hours, if necessitated per business requirements.

Desired Skills

  • Skills/Experience in handling industry software/platforms like Argus, Yardi, Closer, Enterprise etc. would be a strong advantage.
  • VB Skills and Excel Templating skills will be added advantage.
