Ashwani heads the F&A and Relocation business.

Ashwani is F&A professional with more than 18 years of experience and is currently leading a large team of Relocation services.

He has been involved in new process transition, management and development of new business opportunities.

Ashwani has been with Silverskills since 2002 where he has been responsible for managing P2P operations entailing authorization of financial payments of USD 1 Billion annually with focus on cost reduction, improving quality scores and turnaround time.

His role involves liaising with all stakeholders on strategic business decisions like contract renewals, pricing negotiation & key SLA terms.

Prior to joining Silverskills he has worked as qualified auditor in a CPA firm. He is a commerce graduate and Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.
