Sonal leads Digital Transformation business unit at Silverskills. He is responsible for digital strategy, software development and growing Silverskills digital business.

Sonal has 14+ years of experience in building corporate value and high-performance teams to develop digital ecosystems, services, and products. Whether challenged to ideate and develop new product, deliver multi-million projects and programs, revive the troubled project or setup a new business unit, Sonal has spearheaded strategic projects and programs to success.

He creates an environment of constant innovation and positive change disapproving the words “It can’t be done!”

Sonal with his team is developing strategic digital products with cognitive capabilities in the core to support and enhance capability and capacity of processes. At Silverskills, one of his main objectives is to make “intelligent processes”. He’is leading the redesigning of next generation cognitive products in multiple domains for clients.
